How quickly will I get the video?
Most videos are ready within an hour. We email you a link as soon as it's done, and you can watch it on your order page too.
Can I order for more than one child?
Yes, up to 4 children on one order. Each child gets their own personalised video, and every extra child is half price. If you book a call, brothers and sisters can all chat with Santa on the same call for free.
How does the live call work?
You pick a date and time. Santa rings the phone number you gave us at that time, and you hand the phone to your child. The call lasts up to 5 minutes and Santa says a warm goodbye at the end.
Is Santa a real person?
Santa's voice is created by AI. He follows strict rules: simple, kind words, no personal questions, no promised presents and nothing scary. If anything worrying comes up, he gently ends the call and we email you.
Is the call recorded?
We save a written transcript so you can read what was said. Audio is only recorded if you tick the box to say you'd like a recording.
What happens to my child's photo and details?
We use them only to make your video and call. They're deleted automatically 30 days after delivery, so download your video before then.
Do I need to add a photo?
No, it's optional. If you add one, Santa can show it in the video.
What if something goes wrong?
Email us at hello@santaonscreen.com and we'll put it right, or refund you.
